Theatre and Performance Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Drama Administration Officer (Records) at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £35,740 to £39,540 per annum, including Inner London Weighting.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, including assessment and engagement data, for over 200 undergraduate and postgraduate students. To excel in this position, you should have experience in higher education, a strong understanding of student records and assessment processes, and excellent organizational skills. On-site work is required for most of the time, with flexible options available outside term dates.
You will play a crucial role in managing student records, coordinating administrative tasks, and collaborating with faculty members to ensure efficient operations. If you possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education, we invite you to apply.
