Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct services to young people, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral development in a safe and caring environment.
- Assist the management team in providing guidance, support, and protection for young people, while maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Carry out practical tasks as outlined on individual job lists, including record-keeping and administration.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met, reporting any concerns to line management.
- Complete mandatory and regulatory training as required by the organization.
- Organize stimulating activities and new experiences to engage poorly motivated young people.
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential for transporting young people.
- Minimum age of 21 due to the needs of the young people.
- No previous experience is necessary, as full training and induction are provided.
