We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people who have experienced trauma in their early years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct services to young people, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral development in a safe and caring environment.
  • Assist the management team in providing guidance, support, and protection for young people, while maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Carry out practical tasks as outlined on individual job lists, including record-keeping and administration.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, reporting any concerns to line management.
  • Complete mandatory and regulatory training as required by the organization.
  • Organize stimulating activities and new experiences to engage poorly motivated young people.

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential for transporting young people.
  • Minimum age of 21 due to the needs of the young people.
  • No previous experience is necessary, as full training and induction are provided.
