Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy to drive new service growth and cross-sell cutting-edge products and services.
  • Engage with key accounts in the South North Sea and throughout the UK to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure, leveraging Salesforce for efficient lead management.
  • Contribute to growth initiatives in Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors, striving for continuous improvement and effective bid management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling technical service solutions and experience in field sales and relationship selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with training provided for the right candidate.
  • Existing experience and client base in Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine or adjacent markets.
  • Ability to present technical and commercial information, with a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
