We are seeking an experienced SharePoint System Administrator to join our team at Belcan.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work on a range of projects within our digital infrastructure, requiring a skilled administrator with experience in SharePoint and related tools.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on record management and structure within our Maintenance Management System.

Responsibilities include creating and updating records, managing maintenance schedules, and overseeing general system administration.

Key tasks include working on design modifications, user permissions, group management, page creation and modification, and the generation of SharePoint sites using Power Bi, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Requirements include strong IT skills, an in-depth understanding of the MS Office 365 suite, and a working knowledge of SharePoint, Power Bi, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is also required.

Desirable skills include an appreciation of change management, revision control, and document status, as well as understanding or experience of SQL.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits such as pension, progression opportunities, and yearly salary reviews.
