Job Overview
A Disability Support Specialist is required to join our team at Capita, providing assistive technology training and DSA assessments in East England, the Midlands, London, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have experience in the disability assistive technology space and be able to match the features and benefits of AT hardware and software packages to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hold structured meetings with individuals to identify study and support strategies
- Evaluate the suitability of assistive technology and other aids for each individual
- Prepare study needs assessment reports for students in Higher Education

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Welsh and English
- In-depth understanding of assistive technology and its role in addressing disabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
