Job Title: Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Social Care industry, providing specialist support to disabled children and their families.

About the Role:

  • Carry out assessments and develop strategies to support disabled children
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
  • Provide emotional support to parents, carers, and siblings of disabled children
  • Carry out complex safeguarding risk assessments
  • Demonstrate strong ability to communicate effectively with disabled children

Requirements:

  • 1 year post-qualifying experience as a Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities team within the UK Social Care industry
  • SWE Registration
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
