Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Renewable Energy Asset Manager to lead the asset management of third-party commercial property assets, focusing on HVAC, renewable energy systems, and related technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the P&L of the Asset Management business unit, ensuring financial performance and growth while overseeing a team of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Asset Managers and contract Asset Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full accountability for the Profit & Loss of the Asset Management business unit, driving business growth, managing budgets, and ensuring financial success while maintaining high service delivery standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of O&M Asset Managers and contracted Asset Managers, overseeing on-site contractors to ensure optimal performance and upkeep of renewable and HVAC assets.
  • Monitor the performance and output of all installed assets, ensuring contractors have efficient access to sites for timely repairs and communication-related issues.
  • Collect and manage data from all assets, ensuring transparency and accuracy, and enable landlords to effectively bill tenants for energy benefits delivered by renewable assets like solar panels and EV chargers.
  • Lead a new initiative in energy management by leveraging on-site assets to optimize energy usage, reducing dependency on the grid, and lowering energy costs for the property.
