Job Title: Head Teacher

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £71,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Teacher to lead our Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's daily operations, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring the well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school's daily operations, including staff supervision and student discipline
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students
  • Ensure the well-being of students, including their physical and emotional health
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to achieve school goals

Requirements:

  • GTCS registration is essential
  • Proven experience in educational leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
