Job Description
The Depute Head Teacher will assist and deputise for the Head Teacher as necessary. This role involves conducting the affairs of the school to the benefit of pupils and the community, through pursuing objectives and implementing policies set by East Lothian Council under the overall direction of the Head of Education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must have experience in special education leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external agencies. A strong understanding of East Lothian's Curriculum Frameworks and CfE is essential.
