We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant FS Manager to join our team, working closely with the Education Manager to support the effective management of the curriculum, ensuring the needs of learners and employers are met.

About the Curriculum

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curricula for Functional Skills, Personal & Social Development, and work-based programmes. This will involve working closely with the Education Manager to ensure the needs of learners and employers are met, as well as delivering high-quality learning experiences to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curricula for Functional Skills, Personal & Social Development, and work-based programmes.
  • Work closely with the Education Manager to ensure the needs of learners and employers are met.
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences to students.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary:

£48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
