Job Description

Salt is seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager to join our team in Somerset. As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing customer loyalty and driving business growth through strategic marketing campaigns.

With 5+ years of experience in CRM & Email Marketing, you will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns. Ideally, you will come from a retail or customer-focused background, with a degree in a relevant subject. Experience using multiple ESP/CRM systems is essential, along with hands-on and strategic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns using leading automated marketing systems.
  2. Create personalised marketing campaigns using real-time data and customer segmentation.
  3. Manage and deliver campaigns across various channels, including app push notifications, email, SMS, and more.
  4. Analyse campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
  5. Track and manage team budget to meet ROI targets.
