Behaviour and Pupil Support Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and dedicated Behaviour and Pupil Support Worker to join our Secondary Alternative Provision school in a Preston-based setting.

The successful applicant will play a key role in developing a comprehensive approach to behaviour management, working closely with SEMH pupils who require full-time education due to behavioural challenges. This role involves delivering and developing strategies to improve behaviour, under the guidance of the Pupil Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of a school-wide approach to behaviour management.
  • Work closely with SEMH pupils to deliver and develop strategies to improve behaviour.
  • Possess relevant Level 3 qualifications and experience following safeguarding procedures in an educational setting (desirable).
