About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our Pump Services Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities from our existing major account customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts into the Regional Account portfolio
  • Assist with the production of tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently
Requirements
  • Significant experience working in a sales or engineering role within the Pumps or Power industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems
  • Driving Licence (Essential)
