Planning Project Manager Position

Associate Urban Planner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Project Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in urban planning, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage complex planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Client Relations: Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and managing expectations.
  • Planning Applications: Oversee preparation and submission of planning applications, ensuring compliance with local and national policies.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior planners, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Town Planning or related field; a master's degree is desirable.
  • Professional Accreditation: Chartered membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in a planning role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
Compensation and Benefits
