**FP&A Manager Role at Reed Finance**
We are currently recruiting a talented FP&A Manager to join our finance team at Reed Finance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in shaping our financial planning and analysis function.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategy.
- Presents financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
**What We Offer:
