We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Consultant to join our team at Careers Plus. In this role, you will leverage your skills in data analysis, visualization, and communication to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations using SQL and ETL processes.
  • Database Management: Maintain data integrity within relational databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate findings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, provide insights, and support business decision-making.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance business processes and outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization tools is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
