Job Title: SAP HR / Payroll Consultant

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site work)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR / Payroll Consultant to join our team at Crimson Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HR, particularly in the Payroll modules, and have extensive experience with SAP ABAP and Debugging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and modify the SAP Payroll/HR module and configuration updates to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration and data exchange across systems.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate payroll-related requirements.
  • Assist the testing team by developing test plans, conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, address payroll-related issues, and resolve any defects in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides for payroll operations.
  • Ensure that payroll processes comply with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in relation to tax calculations, reporting, and statutory deductions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive SAP HR/PY experience
  • Strong SAP ABAP & Debugging experience
  • Previous testing experience with SAP HR/PY modules
  • Previous SAP HR/PY requirement gathering experience
