Data Ethics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Ethics Specialist to join our team at Moody's. As a key member of our data administration team, you will play a critical role in capturing and summarizing Mergers & Acquisitions information and updating our database.
Responsibilities- Maintain and add real-time news into our M&A historical database via our internal software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize aggregated news services and primary internet research to download, research, prioritize, and process news articles related to your area of specialization.
- Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of our product, driving innovation and excellence.
- Expand existing data by offering research on regional regulations and new sources of data, building and updating regional documentation to ensure standardization.
- Maintain productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping and following research processes, ensuring quality standards through peer-to-peer checking procedures.
- Recent graduates with a passion for data administration are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.
