About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Ethics Specialist to join our Publication Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the data model through our data pipeline, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with our data engineers and product strategists to gain an in-depth understanding of the availability and publication of key data domains, including firmographics, financial statements, directors/managers, and shareholder structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the data model through our data pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product strategists to understand data availability and publication.
  • Document the data dictionary and maintain data model governance operational workflow.
  • Provide Logical Data Model information across the business.
  • Maintain and update the data model based on stakeholder requests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional Data Operations experience, particularly focusing on data models.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with Collibra and Data Modelling tools.
  • Experience writing SQL and/or Python queries.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Architecture and NoSQL frameworks.
