We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business and Digital Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Community Children\u2019s Therapy Team.
Key Duties:
- Accurately populate the electronic record system with information, including referrals, scanning, and uploading documents from other services in a timely manner.
- Provide support to training events, such as away days and skill slots.
- Monitor and order stationery, leaflets, clinical, and general supplies, and place order requests when necessary.
- Offer guidance and training to Band 2 or new staff as required.
- Maintain current office policies and procedures, and be actively involved in their development.
- Undertake limited supervision of Band 2 or new staff in the absence of the Admin Supervisor and Admin Manager.
- Provide administrative support to the Admin Supervisor to set up and review administration systems and processes.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- GCSE English and Maths level 4/C or above, or a good standard of general education.
- RSA 3 Typing or Equivalent.
- Business and Admin NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
- Experience of working in a constantly changing environment without direct supervision.
