Culinary Service Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality food and drink services.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Leadership: Organize and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's daily shift, ensuring that all service points and food service hosts are prepared and ready for business.
- Food and Beverage Service: Supervise the preparation and delivery of a high-standard food and drink service to our guests, ensuring that every experience is exciting, exceptional, and inspirational.
- Drinks Offer: Ensure that the drinks offer is on-trend and enticing, meeting the expectations of our discerning customers.
- Team Management: Ensure that team members are aware of their responsibilities for the shift and provide support to achieve them, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Bespoke Catering Events: Plan, organize, and deliver all bespoke catering events held within the Beacon, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships.
- Reservations and Booking System: Own the restaurant's bookings and reservation system, responding promptly to customer queries and ensuring seamless communication.
- Daily Service Briefings: Prepare and deliver daily service briefings that are informative, motivational, and inspiring, setting the tone for exceptional service delivery.
- Communication: Provide and support a clear line of communication between all team members, both front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Restaurant Operations Experience: Proven experience of working in a high-standard restaurant operation, with a strong understanding of culinary service delivery.
- Supervisory Experience: Experience in a high-end food service supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
- IT Literacy: Strong IT literacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Personal License Holder: Personal license holder desirable, with a strong understanding of responsible serving practices.
