As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the level of care provided exceeds professional standards, statutory requirements, and legal obligations. This involves providing specialist support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

The Care Home offers a comprehensive induction programme, including various training courses. You will have access to clear development pathways, enabling you to progress within the Care Home.

This large care home is registered for general nursing and dementia nursing residents. The Care Home prioritizes resident care, providing a structured and empathetic service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialist support and advice to colleagues
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensuring the level of care provided exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements
  • Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence
