Clinical Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist support and advice to ensure the level of care provided exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervise/coach colleagues to provide exceptional care.
  • Supervise and mentor colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in nursing care. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22.18 to £23.18 per hour (£46,134 - £48,214 per annum).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD with a strong background in nursing care. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
