About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers looking to exchange currency or purchase foreign exchange products. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel needs and provide personalized advice on the best options for their destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll need to have a strong understanding of numbers, be IT proficient, and possess excellent communication skills. Interview Process:

Our interview process typically involves a screening call, an online interview, and a face-to-face meeting with our Bureau Manager. We'll also conduct a numerical and accuracy test to assess your skills and knowledge.
