About the Role

As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their foreign exchange needs. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that their travel experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and provide support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals and implement best practice legal and regulatory standards

We're looking for someone who is numerically proficient, IT savvy, and has excellent communication skills. You should be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a desire to succeed.
