Job Title: Travel Money Advisor

Join Travelex, a leading specialist provider of foreign exchange, as a Travel Money Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in foreign exchange transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems.
  • Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do.
