Human Resources Advisor (Belfast)

Vickerstock is seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join their team in Belfast. As a key member of the organization, you will provide specialist HR support to the 60-strong workforce, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the newly implemented HR system to update employee records, upload probation reviews, and sickness absence paperwork.
  • Liaise with the financial controller to complete payroll administration, including revising existing company policies and procedures to comply with current changes in employment legislation.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including identifying training opportunities and scheduling training with management and external training providers.
  • Advise management on employee relations matters when required.

Requirements:
  • Obtained a CIPD Qualification or Human Resources Degree.
  • Experienced in utilizing HR systems, recruitment, and organizing training.
  • Skilled in advising on employee relations cases and revising HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in conducting inductions and completing payroll administration.
