Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to join our team in Staffordshire, Yorkshire, and the North East. As an ACP, you will support existing clinical care to enhance capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £48,526 - £65,262, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing health and clinical needs, undertaking consultations, using your advanced clinical practice skills, and making informed decisions about diagnosis, treatment, referral, or discharge.

You will also have opportunities to lead clinical teams, provide mentorship to junior staff, and contribute to the development of our teams through a clinical competency framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist
  • Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (equivalent or higher)
  • Clinical skills qualification at degree level
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness
  • Independent prescriber
  • Evidence of study in minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
  • Evidence of completion of study in paediatric minor illness or willingness to develop these skills
  • Evidence of study in paediatric minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
