We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at hybytes. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential office management and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This 6-month internship will provide you with hands-on experience in supporting daily office tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop strong communication and interpersonal skills by working with various teams and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support & Organize: Assist in daily office tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communicate & Coordinate: Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications while providing general office support.
  • Document & Track: Help with data entry, document management, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist & Collaborate: Work with various teams to provide administrative support for meetings, scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Report & Update: Maintain office reports, update calendars, and track key tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Education: Recent graduate in Business, Administration, or a related field.

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
