About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preconstruction Project Manager to join our team at Morgan Sindall Construction. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for submitting completed bids at all stages to existing or prospective customers.
With extensive experience in the tendering process and management of the PCSA period of a project, you will have a proven track record of winning profitable work within your role within Preconstruction. Your ability to research our projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of our clients' key drivers will be invaluable in effectively communicating our differentiators and approach.
As a strong leader, you will plan and manage all aspects of bids, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders. You will establish winning strategies, implement writing plans for quality lead bids, and propose and deliver our commercial, programme and risk management strategies.
