Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Wells & Co Managed. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production
- Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet customer demands and preferences
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
