We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dietitian to join our team at the South Tyrone Hosp-Social Work Study Ctr. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting individuals with diabetes to manage their condition effectively.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience.
About this Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and diabetes management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans to promote healthy living and disease management.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with diabetes to determine the best course of treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- A degree in nutrition or a related field, with a focus on diabetes management.
- At least 2 years' experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably within the NHS or a similar organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
