We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Coordinator Apprentice to join our team at AF Fasteners. As a Data Coordinator Apprentice, you will be responsible for training and becoming competent on our ERP System (EFACS) and utilizing report programs where necessary.
You will also be responsible for mastering the Business Intelligence program to run effective reports and make practical recommendations for cost-out opportunities. Additionally, you will understand and train on the processing of the Purchase Order process and cost control, as well as learn the Receipting of delivered goods to the site and how to book in the goods to the system.
You will be required to make and keep records both digitally and manually in a user-friendly and effective manner. Familiarization with the die, tool, and material processes and the price point and lead time for each is also essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, loves analyzing data, finding patterns, and extracting stories from that data. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a team that is passionate about delivering quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and become competent on the ERP System (EFACS) and utilize report programs where necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, resilient, and able to think on your feet to help solve problems while remaining professional and respectful. You will also need to have good mathematical skills and competency, with an ability and interest to work with mathematical calculations and input data frequently and accurately.
