Technical Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our prestigious Insurance group based in the City. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects that require Technical BA's with experience working in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering and analysis – working on IT enhancement and data migration projects
  • Solution Design and Development support – working with key stakeholders in all stages of the SDLC
  • Testing and QA – create comprehensive UAT with business users
  • Stakeholder management
  • Continuous improvement - Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements to optimize operations and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • ~5+ years' experience working as a technical / IT BA
  • ~ Lloyds of London experience
  • ~ Awareness of reinsurance, claims etc. departments
  • ~ Agile development methodologies
  • ~ BA certifications
