About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Delivery team at 15below Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our platform functionality and new developments
  • Understand customer business needs and processes
  • Lead client workshops and internal product analysis and definition
  • Validate requirements for client and internal product projects
  • Create documentation to support commercial and delivery processes
  • Lead estimation sessions with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to manage multiple projects
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand objectives, requirements, and priorities
  • Ensure a smooth transition from commercial proposal to project team delivery
Requirements
  • Experience in customer software/IT solution business analysis
  • Travel industry background with knowledge of airline commercial systems
  • Ability to travel overseas for client meetings
  • Proven ability to lead discussions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Functional/technical understanding of software applications
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, honest, 'can-do' attitude and great communication skills
