About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team in Hove. As an Accounts Senior, you will play a central role in the finance team, contributing to the growth and success of our professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and financial services.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Assist in tax planning and compliance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes in legislation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure client needs are met, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: Contribute to the training and development of junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Professional Certification: Hold a relevant professional certification, such as ACCA or ACA.
  • Experience: Possess proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise and a track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
