At Kingston Noble, we are seeking a skilled Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and supervise the day-to-day care of young people in our 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) service in Burton-on-Trent. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children's Care (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise staff in implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Promote positive behaviours and support the emotional and physical well-being of young people
  • Participate in a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, to ensure 24-hour care
Requirements:
  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children's Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in a residential care setting, with strong leadership skills
