About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Treasury team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and systems.


Key Responsibilities



  • Monitoring and analysis of Treasury activity to drive focused activity and ensure all transactions are investigated and resolved.
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand Treasury processes and associated accounting treatment and reporting requirements.
  • Providing weekly insights and analysis to drive improvements in financial reporting and process efficiency.
  • Streamlining KPI reporting to ensure key data is provided to the correct stakeholders.
  • Improving month-end analysis and reporting to present accounts in the best possible light.

Requirements



  • Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of high-volume transactional process management.
  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality and excellent customer service.
