About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support 9 incredible individuals with various ages and needs, enabling them to enjoy their favorite activities and hobbies.
  • Develop strong relationships with our service users, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, while promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized support plans.
