Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, to promote independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing the needs of individuals and the team.
- Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for individuals with disabilities.
