MSX International is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in our well-performing Chat customer service team, adding value to our customers.

The Role

We are undergoing a technology transformation, and we need to resource our UK CRC to support the increased chat demand. You will support customers on multiple channels, including Chat and Social Media.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Record events and problems and their resolutions.
  • Liaise with Clients, working hand-in-hand with JLR individuals and teams.
  • Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed.

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Meet everyone in our team.
  • Attend our corporate induction.
  • Be introduced to our Purpose, Vision, and Mission.
  • Learn our Values and Behaviours and embed them into your role.
  • Be set goals and objectives aligned to the MSX strategy.
  • Learn about the UK market and our brands (Range Rover, Discovery, Defender, Jaguar).

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident individual with great interpersonal and communication skills. Our ideal Customer Service Specialist will have:

  • Customer service/call centre experience.
  • Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • A keen interest in technology, keeping abreast of advances and news.

Working Pattern and Location
