Job Title: Supportive Care Provider

We are currently seeking a Supportive Care Provider to join our team at Nurse Seekers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address each child's unique requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of each child.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Support children in developing essential life skills, promoting their independence and well-being.
