Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide emotional support to young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional, behavioural, neurodiverse and mental health needs.

You will work as part of a close-knit team to create a safe and supportive living environment for our young people. Your role will involve providing day-to-day support, including attending education and college, developing independent living skills, and participating in community activities and clubs.
