We are seeking an experienced Composite Production Manager to join our team at The Logistics Partnership LLP. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the production team, ensuring production targets are met and exceeded.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily activities to maintain efficient operations.
- Assess team capacity and adjust resource requirements to meet deadlines.
- Develop team members to enhance their skill set and improve productivity.
- Identify and rectify production shortfalls, ensuring regular planning and reporting.
- Adhere to company processes and policies, ensuring site safety and quality standards.
- Proven managerial experience with strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Computer literate with ability to plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations.
- Ability to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain quality standards.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership skills to manage and guide a team, with ability to motivate and organize.
- 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm).
- 5.6 weeks' holiday (including bank holidays), rising after 3, 5, and 10 years' service.
- Parking on-site.
- Pension scheme with 5% employee and 3% employer contribution.
- Company events twice a year.
