Foster Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foster Care Manager to lead our Fostering Practice team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of foster care services.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Fostering Practice team
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve the quality of foster care services
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and foster parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Significant experience of working with foster parents, children and young people
  • Knowledge of child protection systems and processes

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements and access to a Group Personal Pension scheme.
