Lord Accounting & Finance is a well-established organisation with a proven track record in the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial packaging world. Our company is seeking an exceptional Sales and Marketing Director to lead our aggressive growth strategy over the next 3-5 years.

This senior appointment will be responsible for leading new business development, developing key accounts, and managing customer relations to achieve strong growth across the organisation.

The Role

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team of sales executives, customer account managers, and customer service professionals to develop and maximise relationships and revenue generation across our impressive portfolio of clients.
  • Support the strategic development of business goals and revenue growth into tangible budgets and sales targets.
  • Recruitment, development, and retention of sales and commercial staff will be a high priority.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and proven Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leader who has demonstrable experience in the packaging space. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of the requirements and legislation surrounding the packaging sector.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large sales and marketing teams along-side commercial targets and budgets.
  • The ability to translate strategic plans into deployable targets and goals across a team.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Lord Accounting & Finance is based in the UK, and the successful candidate will be required to relocate to join our team.
