Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our team in Brentwood. As a member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, managing anaesthetic equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean operating environment.

You will work closely with our experienced surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure seamless patient care. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will be invaluable in this role.

A strong understanding of theatre protocols, infection control measures, and safety procedures is essential. You must also be able to supervise and support junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
