Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
- Merchandise and display products in a visually appealing manner, maintaining a high level of store presentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive customer engagement
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating window displays and in-store promotions
- Participate in stockroom organization, receiving, and processing donations
- Support the management team in maintaining a safe and secure store environment
- Previous retail experience is not essential, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is
- Ability to work well under pressure, both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift and move stock, as required
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
