About This Job

This role involves supporting residents with daily living tasks, encouraging them to re-learn skills and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their needs and aspirations are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and report in a factual and person-centred approach.

You will receive comprehensive support and training, including the Care Certificate, behaviour support, and first aid.

As you progress in your career, you can move into leadership roles, such as Team Leader or Service Manager.
