About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief of Staff to support our CEO in delivering strategic leadership across North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. This role offers a critical opportunity to shape the future of healthcare for over 900,000 residents across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and South Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the CEO in day-to-day operations and long-term planning, ensuring the delivery of the Trust's vision and strategic goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with the Executive Leadership Team, Non-Executive Directors, and external stakeholders to navigate complex challenges and drive organisational success.
  • Steering and coordinating high-impact projects that align with the Trust's priorities, ensuring successful execution and alignment with local and national healthcare initiatives.
  • Acting as a key liaison for the CEO, managing communications and relationships across the wider NHS system, and ensuring consistent, high-quality interaction with all stakeholders.
